How do I pay for my order?

Payments are not automatic. After placing your order, you’ll need to go complete the payment manually.
Your order will not ship until payment has been received.

Do you answer questions about dosing or medical use?
No — we do not answer any questions about dosing, usage, or anything medical-related.
This includes texts, emails, DMs, or any other messages asking for that information — they will not be responded to.

How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received. You’ll get tracking info once your order is on the way.

Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS and UPS.
Please note:

• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes

• UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays

• Delivery time may vary based on your location and the carrier.

What if I typed in the wrong address?
The system prints exactly what you enter at checkout — including street, city, state, and zip code. Please double-check everything before placing your order.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to pay for reshipping to the correct one.

Is there a limit on bac water?
Yes — bac water is limited to 1 per peptide vial purchased.
Most customers only need one, and this keeps it available for everyone.

What’s your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an item has shipped.

My package is missing or delayed — what do I do?
If your package hasn’t been delivered, reach out so we can help you start a claim. Once it’s marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, we’re unable to replace the order.
